This exclusive silver coin issued by the Bank of Israel in 2009 is dedicated to the ancient fortress of Masada. The coin is the second in the UNESCO World Heritage Series and features the fortress motif on its reverse, the inscription "MASADA" in English/Hebrew/Arabic and the Unesco emblem. The obverse shows the face value, the inscription 'ISRAEL' in English/Hebrew/Arabic and the year of issue.
The coin comes in a gift box with a certificate of authenticity in a limited edition of only 1800 pieces for the whole world!
