Delivery and storage conditions
We offer several delivery options. During the processing of your order, we will regularly inform you of the current status of your order via email or in the ''My Orders'' section of your account administration. We dispatch goods that we have in stock within 48 hours of order confirmation, and only on working days.
Personal collection
You can pick up your goods in person at our 9 stores in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Liberec, Karlovy Vary, České Budějovice, Bratislava, Košice and Banská Bystrica.
Order storage
We also offer free storage of your paid orders in our branches. This service is provided free of charge for a period of 1 month from the date of confirmation that the order is ready for collection. After this period, the service is charged for each additional day of storage according to the following conditions:

Basic characteristics:
- The goods are fully insured.
- The storage service is intended for individuals and legal entities.
- The storage is always billed once a month.
- Payment of the storage fee is made in cash on receipt of the order or by wire transfer.
- In the event that the storage fee is not paid by the client, the trader has the right not to issue the goods according to the GTC.
Delivery by Czech Post
The service of the Czech Post is intended for customers for delivery within the Czech Republic.
- Whether you have chosen cash on delivery or paid in advance, the parcel will be delivered to your delivery address or to the branch of the Czech Post nearest to the delivery address.
- In case of non-delivery, the parcel will be stored at the Czech Post office for 10 days. After this time, the parcel will be returned as undeliverable.
- In case you have chosen payment on delivery, you will make the payment upon receipt of the goods.
- We send goods up to 120 000 CZK on cash on delivery .

Postage and packing is calculated according to the value of the package (see table below).
We send goods with a maximum value of CZK 1,000,000. In case your total order has a higher value, the goods will be divided into multiple shipments.

We do not send cash on delivery to EU countries.
Delivery of goods by mail order
This service is available based on the nature and value of the goods. If the total value of your order exceeds the maximum limit, this shipping service will not be offered.
Mail order is for customers shipping within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary
- Your parcel will be delivered to the dispatch point or delivery address of your choice.
- We ship goods up to a maximum of 20 000 CZK within the Czech Republic.
- We send goods up to 20 000 CZK on cash on delivery.

Packaging of shipments
All our shipments are insured up to the value of your order.
Shipments are carefully packaged and discreetly marked without any advertising or identifying marks. In no case is it possible to identify from the packaging which shipment it is and what range of goods it contains.
The area in which we pack the consignments is under constant surveillance by CCTV throughout the entire process (from unloading to packing and handing over to the carrier for a set period of time at our storage facility). In case of any doubts regarding the delivery and the contents of the shipment, we are able to document the course of its dispatch with a recording from our camera system.
Packaging of the goods/ packaging of the consignment
All orders are packed in cardboard boxes which are filled with foam lining to prevent damage. The cardboard box along with the goods is further placed in a plastic envelope designed for valuable writing. A label from the online shipping system is affixed to the final envelope with the shipping address and our company's return address.
