This exclusive gold plated silver coin released in 2013 is dedicated to the popular Canadian Wildlife series of silver investment coins. The coin features a gold-plated antelope motif on its reverse, walking through the grass of the Canadian wilderness. The inscriptions on the coin are CANADA, 9999, FINE SILVER, 1 OZ, ARGENT PUR and the initials of the artist Emily S. Damstra - ED. The obverse depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II created in 2003 by Canadian artist Susanna Blunt. Inscriptions on the coin ELIZABETH II, 5 DOLLARS and year of issue.
Wolf, Grizzly, Cougar, Elk, Antelope, and Wood Buffalo were issued in the Canadian Wildlife series.
The coin comes in protective plastic in a limited mintage of only 2500 pieces for the entire world!
