Silver Coin 200 CZK 20 Years of the CNB and the Czech Currency 2013
The obverse side of the coin features a Czech lion with the inscription "CNB" across its depiction. Below the depiction of the Czech lion is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation of the monetary unit "200 CZK". The name of the state 'CZECH REPUBLIC' is partly inscribed on the intercircle. The coin was minted by the Czech Mint, its mark consisting of a composition of the letters 'Č' and 'M' is above the letter 'Č' from the word 'ČESKÁ'.
The motif on the reverse side of the commemorative coin is the facade of the Czech National Bank headquarters building in Prague, over which the motif on the reverse side of the CZK 1 coin is depicted. The inscription '20 YEARS OF THE CNB AND THE CZECH CURRENCY' appears at the left, top and right edges of the coin. At the bottom edge of the coin are the years '1993' and '2013'. The author of the commemorative coin is the academic sculptor Vladimír Oppl. His mark is above the years related to the anniversary.
Silver coin 10 euro 20 years of NBS
The obverse of the coin depicts the stylised symbol of the euro €, accompanied by a part of a globe and part of a map of Europe at the top of the coin's field, which express the NBS's integration into the Eurosystem. The euro symbol is accompanied by a graph at the bottom. To the right of it are seven stars and to the left of them is the national emblem of the Czech Republic. The name of the country SLOVAKIA is in the description at the right edge of the coin and the year 2013 is to the left of it. The stylised initials of the name and surname of the author of the obverse side of the coin, Kliment Mitur KM, PhD, are placed below the graph.
The reverse of the coin shows the logo of the National Bank of Slovakia accompanied by a double cross and decorative elements in the background. The inscription NATIONAL BANK OF SLOVAKIA appears in the description at the top of the coin's field. At the bottom edge of the coin is the denomination 10 EURO. The years 1993 and 2013 are on both sides of the denomination. The mark of the Kremnica Mint MK is placed between the two minting dies and the stylised initials of the author of the reverse design Mgr. Roman Lugar RL are in the lower part of the coin's field.
The coins are supplied in a wooden case with certificates of authenticity from the CNB and NBS for each coin in a limited edition of only 9,150 pieces for the whole world!
