Argor Heraeus SA - Limited Edition - Winter 2018/19
Swiss refiner Argor-Heraeus SA is releasing new gold investment bars in 24K gold for 2018 and 2019. Called "Following Nature", the series pays tribute to nature and the changes of the seasons that occur due to the movement of the Earth around the sun.
The mintage of these bars is limited not only by the number of pieces minted, but also by the season in which the bars are issued:
Spring: 20 March - 20 June 2018
Summer: 21 June - 22 September 2018
Autumn: 23 September - 20 December 2018
Winter: 21 December - 19 March 2019
The splices conform to the London Good Delivery Standard (LBMA) and are therefore accepted in all markets without issue. Proofs of authenticity (supplier logo, refiner, unique number, purity, weight) are declared on the top of the ingot. The reverse side of the ingot shows a tangerine and separate cloves, symbolizing the popular citrus fruit in winter.
Each ingot is sealed in a protective plastic wrapper (which serves as a certificate) with the motif of tangerines on a snow cover. The worldwide issue run for each weight and season is limited to just 9 999 units.
