This exclusive gold coin with multicolored Swarovski crystals, minted by the Polish Mint and released by the island of Niue, New Zealand in 2014 as part of the "The Art that Changed the World" series in a premium quality proof weighing 1.5 Oz (46.65 g) in purity of the purest 99.9% gold, is dedicated to the medieval art called the Romanesque Style.

The reverse side of the coin features a rosette from Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris in the centre, with statues of the Apostles from Notre-Dame Cathedral in Strasbourg, France, around it. A total of eight coloured crystals are incorporated into the coin, each placed next to a statue.

The obverse depicts the Renaissance Florentine Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore on the right, which combines a Tuscan-style Gothic cathedral with a Renaissance dome, above which is the denomination and the inscription "NIUE ISLAND". On the left is the Chimera from Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, complete with purity and year of issue. At the bottom centre is a small portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, with the mintmark of the Mint of Poland and the inscription "ELIZABETH II" below.
